Q. How can I make payment for my purchases on this site?
A. Payment is accepted via Visa and Mastercard credit card payment. All orders are processed within 2-4 hours of submission to us, and you will receive an order notification once this is complete.

A. Yes, all credit card information is stored on our encrypted servers, and will ONLY be used for the sole purpose of processing your order. We do NOT resell customer details, this is strictly against our ethos.
Q. I don't have a credit card - can I still purchase from this site?
A. Yes - if you do not have access to a Visa or Mastercard credit card, you can e-mail us to arrange for payment via Western Union Money Transfer.
Q. I have received an e-mail informing me that my order was declined - why?
A. This is most likely because your credit card-issuing bank has blocked the transaction. Please contact your bank to authorise the order, and let us know, so that we can re-run your order for you.
Q. Do you have (My favorite classic TV series) for sale on DVD?
A. If you do not find your favorite title on our website, it is most likely being added in an update in the near future. We do periodically update the selection of DVD sets on our website, so please be sure to check back often!
Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A. The vast majority of orders are shipping immediately upon successful processing of payment, and will take approximately 8-10 working (business) days for delivery. Some DVD sets may need to be custom-ordered, and will take 2-3 more working days for delivery.
Q. I need to receive my order more quickly than that. Can I opt for express delivery?
A. As our DVD sets need to be ordered and shipped from overseas, we regrettably do not offer express shipping at this time. All orders, however, are processed and shipped as quickly as possible, and a tracking number e-mailed to our customers.
Q. Are the DVD sets purchased from this site brand new?
A. Yes, all sets purchased from us are 100% brand new - we do not offer any used items for sale.
Q. Can I view the DVDs purchased from this site on my computer, if I wish to?
A. Yes, all DVD sets purchased from us at Click DVD Media are formatted for use on computers as well as DVD players in ALL regions.
Q. How about viewing the DVDs on a video game console, such as an Xbox 360 or Playstation 3?
A. Yes, all our DVD sets are formatted for use on appropriately-equipped video game consoles.
Q. I want to cancel the order I have placed. What should I do?
A. Please e-mail our customer support staff with your request. In the event that an order has already shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it.
Q. I received a DVD that doesn't work. What should I do?
A. In such cases, the most likely cause is improper handling upon receipt of the item (such as fingerprints or scratches), as it is highly unusual for a manufacturing defect to be the issue. If you are certain that you have received a faulty disc (or discs), please contact Customer Support and they will be glad to assist you.
